They always say, "I have the rent, I just didn't pay the landlord. And, I called Code Enforcement because he shouldn't be renting to me in the first place". EVERY TIME!

Threatening your kids is even more of a reason to move. “My kids were threatened so I decided to stay” makes no sense.

When Judge Judy yelled MOVE at the end, the plaintiff quickly headed out of the courtroom. He didn't seem to realize she meant move out of the house. 🤣

Idk what is more audacious: 1) the fact that this man thought he had a case, 2) the fact that this man nonchalantly confessed that he was a squatter AND ditched his wife and 5 kids, or 3) his hairline.

If they lived in that guy's house and didn't pay rent, they're squatters. Period. He has no case. If he has $4, 000.00+, he can afford to move. He didn't pay rent for 4 months for crying out loud!.
