Hi there, This was a helpful video. I’m running into a similar problem. My laptop is on a continuous boot loop after a automatic update showing “updates are underway please don’t turn off computer”. My laptop is less than 17 months old and I have no warranty left and is also top of the range so my particular model is expensive. I’m shocked that it’s running into problems already. Should I follow this same procedure? Thank you !

Hey there, my surface laptop model 1769 is stuck on the windows logo screen with no spinning circles and i cant even boot into the bios. I tried to use a hard disk with the windows installer but i dosent read it. can you help me with this?

I’m not able to get into that windows setup screen. It takes me to another blue screen where it says language and country to install it. It won’t let me get into the page where I can delete the partitions and system. Even if I change the setup order.
