From video I've seen of the new Brinkley travel trailer I'd still say it is in 3/4 ton truck territory. I own a max tow 1/2 ton with 1300 - 1400 lbs of available payload after passengers and cargo are accounted for and would hesitate towing something that heavy and long with it. It would probably be fine down on the coastal plain where it is flat but up in the mountains or in windy conditions the 1/2 ton just doesn't have the wheel base and vehicle weight to make for a smooth tow. I do like the looks of the trailer and if Brinkley were to come out with something under 30 ft, better yet closer to 25 ft, and in the 7K lbs GVWR range I'd seriously consider replacing our GD 22MLE.

Across town is Outdoors RV Manufacturing (Also known as ORV), which is in an old plant where Fleetwood used to build TTs.
I LOVE my Arctic Fox Truck camper. Since 2003, I've owned 5 Northwood RVs and one ORV.

I used that “Liquidfied” last trip out. What I noticed was less mass coming out. It seems to breakdown the waste better.

That water heater is WAY over due. I been running on demand and diesel heaters for a decade. AC needs to be standard mini splits.

This video is full of new and interesting products. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any news of improved construction techniques and improved quality control to ensure buyers have a structurally reliable RV. This is not a knock on Jason, just an observation of the RV industry. I'm sure Jason would report structural or other improvements and innovations as well.

The Brinkley I 265 has a GVW of 9600 Lbs. You can see it on the full dealer walk through. The dry weight is around 7700.

I will test Matt's new black water treatment this week. We will be at the Death Valley Dunes for several days. We have a 40' Venom 5th wheel toyhauler. I'll report back the results.

I use Liquified RV products for my black tank.! BUT PLEASE: Inform people to NOT put it in the rinse water tank. The orange stains the white toilet plastic leaving it look 'stained' inside the bowl:/. Would have been good to know it does that.

I went with a simple teardrop trailer . Real camping.. not like the big hotel rooms on wheels
