My trailer was 8000 more 25 feet long master bedroom with queen size bed one slide out completely loaded. Comfortable and amazing. This thing looks like a storage shed.

You could buy a flatbed utility trailer and build an amazing living space for 20k. Or, convert a cargo trailer. 20k is way too much for that.

Heck no! For that price there should be AT LEAST a cassette toilet, hot plate, and TV. That is ridiculously priced.

I think I'm with the comments section. A minivan can have a bed in back, or a large van. And you don't have to worry about towing or trying to back that squirrely little thing.
And even if you had a family who filled up the space of your minivan, you could still buy a ton of hotels stays with all the amenities.

The seller’s price went down to $4000 and still

I lived in a 36 foot trailer for years and had every convenience. And I only paid $35, 000 for it. I will never pay $20, 000 for a coffin to sleep in. I am building a 6 foot by 10 camper right now and it will weigh less than 500 pounds and cost only $2500 total. I’m single now and I can live full time in that size camper.

Insane. I live in a 6x12 cargo trailer. I've got around 7k invested. It has a kitchen a bathroom and solar power.
