Hi everyone, I am just sooo glad to share with you all that I have finally got a job offer after months of job hunting since I was laid off this year. Here is the second interview following the take home assessment I mentioned in my previous video. Good for you Euphie. My 2 cents, learn what interest you, then post your journey on youtube. I have a good feeling about this channel. I think you'll do well in a couple of years. Try this schedule. Aim for 1 vid a week, with each video about 10 mins long. If you can, take it to 15 to 20 mins. You have a REALLY good chance of making it if you do that. Anyway, congrats on getting a job. Hope you have a great year there.

First three months remain deadly focused on mastering your role and the skills needed to fulfil the role.

Be proactive, ask a lot of questions, don’t be shy in the early weeks to reach out to team mates… study documents and wikis… discover expectations from your direct report… what you need to know, what needs to be delivered, etc 🙏
