Watching/listening to videos at the gym cause NOTHING can stimulate my mind enough to have peace. It's always ON. It's exhausting. I wish I could just turn it off sometimes.

The irony that this video is what I'm currently distracted from work by is too much. The anxiety that comes along with ADHD in the workplace can be very overwhelming, sometimes to the point of full-on panic attacks. After struggling with undiagnosed ADHD for my entire life, my partner helped seek the help I needed. On Wednesday of next week, I officially am receiving neuropsychological testing to better understand myself and possible solutions to my problem.

Thank you for making this video. It's always validating to hear others' experiences with such a relatable thing for me.

I was just diagnosed at the age of 35. This has by far been the most helpful YouTube video out of the multiple dozens I’ve watched to try to learn how to adjust. Thank you.
