thanks for the tips. I'm just starting my airbnb and used smart pricing. Within 4 days got 7 bookings thankfully, but worried that my price may be too low. I'll keep the smart pricing on till I get 10 reviews and then switch it off. thanks again!

I've stayed booked one year solid with a low price. I raised to the smart pricing 3 weeks ago and only had one 3 day stay. Now I'm freaked, I need to go back down in price right? Big event, Christmas so I went up in $. Thank you guys.

Awesome video. The new listings badge definitely helps. I've started to care a lot more about optimizing price and rankings as the portfolio grows.

Smart Pricing over Wheelhouse any day. But only as a repricer. Not as a pricing gauge. My results were ok with them but I may try Beyond Pricing someday.

For rankings, Rankbreeze is my goto and I like how it's more focused on search visibility rather than plain ol' rankings.

I have a bedroom with a full bath and OSE it has a fridge and coffer maker. It has a patio. It is locked off from the rest of the house so no common areas. Is this an entire place or private bedroom?
