➡️ 30 Sec Work, 30 Sec Walk
➡️ Step counter*
➡️ You'd be burning an average of 100 - 200 calories depending on your weight, body composition and exercise intensity.

Love all your workouts Yana and this one was no different. 3000 steps exactly, 122 active calories burned, 131bpm. This helped me reach my goal of 20, 000 steps for the day and I’m dripping in sweat. Love how easy on the joints this is, especially when doing 20k a day. 🧡💛🧡💛🧡💛
