Your right, those symptoms are real, affects the nervous system and depletes essential vitames from our system, affects mental clarity, the stress hormones they releive themselves seems to be in the second hand smoke, I grew up withit, moved out and now I'm putting up with it from the neighbors. If i had a punching bag it would temporarilly help but it doesnt solve it. This is most smokers are so arrogant they will never admit that their smoke might affect someone negatively.

when i was really young my mom smoked in the car and she rolled up all the windows except for hers, when i tried to open mine she rolls it up to a crack and locks the windows, it was horrible then.
