Today we will be making a recipe using leftovers of our Corned Beef and Cabbage from St. Patrick's Day. This meal is good any time of year. It is a great way to use the corned beef in a different way for another meal. If you like these flavors in your sandwich, you can try a twist and make a Rachel with turkey instead of the corned beef!
