144Hz on integrated graphics? | AMD Ryzen 5600G & Vega 7

Attempting to achieve 144 FPS high frame rate gaming in 8 games using Ryzen Vega 7 integrated graphics, overclocking and fast memory

We all know AMD’s integrated graphics are good, right? I mean, not quite “throw out your RX 580” good, but certainly “don’t waste money on a GT 1030” good. We’ve seen how the Vega 7 onboard the Ryzen 5 5600G can run modern AAA titles, now it’s time to see if they can hit the all-important 144FPS mark to truly satisfy eSports gamers.

Honestly not that crazy of a video, modern 120hz+ IPS/VA panels aren't that much more than a decent 1080p/60hz one. If someone's build focused more on day to day tasks than gaming, then the extra smoothness is a bonus just using the computer, while also being there to take advantage of when playing the lighter titles. As long as the panel supports a good freesync range, this is a win-win.

Upgraded a 5600G build I did during the pandemic with an RX 6600 2 weeks ago, system went from being unstable with an older driver, ( I did try to up the igpu vram in the bios)
to very stable with the 6600.

Just built my first pc with this Processor and in my experience some games perform better without fsr like Atomic Heart
it looks bad with fsr enabled then it has lower fps but when I turned it off the game looks better even in low and fps was about 40-45 average sometimes droped to 20 but still playable

what resolution and refresh rate are supported by Ryzen 7 5700g on a monitor with 2k resolution 165Hz refresh rate with iGPU of 5700g Both motherboard and monitor support DisplayPort 1.2. Not asking for fps for the game just natively support of iGUP.
