Fortnite pushes more from the processor than the graphics card. Also unlimited fps in games is kinda broken for fps since the PC itself isn't giving 100% of it, the best fps is the one right above your monitor's refresh rate since you're truly gonna be able to play the game since your pc will focus to keep that fps constant and u will make the most out of your monitor

Lowest settings will create a CPU bottleneck, that 4080 isn’t gonna make a difference. It could be a 1650 and you get the same FPS

Fun fact fortnite is more cpu than Gpu intensive, so bottleneck on the cpu and esports in general is cpu intensive
