How to Enable 144hz or 240hz (ANY HZ) On Your Monitor - NVIDIA Graphics Card (NVIDIA Control Panel)

In this video I'll be showing you how to enable or add 144hz , 240hz , 360hz , 75hz , 160hz , 165hz , 180hz, or ANY HZ. This tutorial only works with a GTX or RTX Graphics card and you need NVIDIA Control Panel.

This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops, and tablets running the Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, Alienware, Razer, MSI, Huawei , Microsoft Surface, and Samsung.

on that bit where it says pc i only have the option to a lower resolustion even though my monitor is higher res. when i use my standard res its stuck on 60 even though my monitor is 240

I have 144 hz but in nvidia control panel it displays only 120 and in csgo too

I use 2 32in curved monitors plus a 32in tv, and the tv is capped at 60hz, so I can't adjust to anything
