Grow Spinach - Seed to Harvest

Spinach can be grown both as a spring and as an early fall crop. It is a cool weather crop. Spinach prefers temperatures between 35 and 75 degrees

Although seeds can be started indoors, it is not recommended, as seedlings are difficult to transplant. The seeds will typically germinate in 8-12 days and leaves can be harvested starting day 45. You can harvest Spinach throughout it's growing cycle.
