Had my appendix out a few years ago. I was back at it about a week later after spending almost a week in the hospital.

I am going to have a hip replacement operation.

If all goes well how long would you reccomend to start lifting weights again especially squat and deadlifts?

Serious question.

Might be on your head, might be some tightness in the area. Unless of course there is always some internal tension that peaks through deadlifting, in which case figure our what's going on.

I'm going to start writing my emails like that, just to see if anyone says anything. 🤣

Anyway. Maybe due to healing while inactive, perhaps he needs to loosen up some scar tissue? Some deep tissue massage, between deadlift sessions might sort it out, if that's the case. He can probably do that on his own.

Other than that, he either teaches his body to deadlift under his new conditions, or he doesn't.

Rip... the guy is asking if his scar tissue is gonna tear under the load of his increasing deadlift!

Hey Rip !! Is it good to squat and DL when you have knees with worn out cartilage?
