Install Linux on a Virtual Machine using VirtualBox

One great way to try Linux is to install it on a Virtual Machine, a Virtual PC, like VirtualBox. Once installed it allows you to boot one OS (the guest) inside another (the host). So you can boot Linux on a Windows PC and have Ubuntu running in a window!

I cant seem to add the CD. I download the file but unable to attach it
