How to install Ubuntu 24.04 LTS in VirtualBox 2024

In this video, I am installing the latest version of Ubuntu 24 on virtual machine using VirtualBox. We will run ubuntu 22 in a windows 11 computer without impacting the main OS. You can install ubuntu in windows 10 or windows 8 too.

The tutorial is great but I have a problem. When I try to press "Try to install Ubuntu" after I started the virtual machine, it says invalid magic numbers and a message appears that says "You need to load the kernel first". What does that mean and what should I do? pls help
