My HiiT Quickie Workouts are:
3 Rounds of only 5 exercises!
Which sounds easy, but it’s NOT.

Set your interval timers for:
- Intermediate-Advanced: 50 seconds exercise, 10 seconds rest
- Beginner: 45 seconds exercise, 30 seconds rest

Equipment Needed for This Quickie Workout:
- (2) Heavy Dumbbells
- Mat
- Interval Timer

We're not messing around with this workout! We kick this off with some deep squats and high rows, then hiit the shoulders and chest hard, and top it off with some killer cardio and leg work while challenging your core, balance & agility! This one builds muscle, fries fat, and leaves you in a puddle! YOU'LL LOVE IT.
