My fiance of 5yrs is Mexican, me & her have been to Mexico 3 times so far gor a total of nearly 3 months. Mexico makes the best spicy fried pork rinds with hot sauce sprinkled all over them on a big plate its the best food to drink cold beers to & eat anytime her family plays poker theres always plenty of beer & fried pork skins, its just like the southern U.S. over there... WASTE NO PART OF THE 🐖..I love it

My bike rides often take me through their parking lot (the road in front is deadly). Yes, the town (Westminster) smells like pork rinds.

Oh i see

Pork rinds get their crunchiness because it’s like popcorn 🍿 when they get heated up, they puff up like popcorn kernels
