-2 lb ground beef
-1 large onion (chopped)
-1tsp minced garlic
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/2 cup mixed bell pepper(diced)
-28g taco seasoning mix
-1/4cup salsa
-salt to taste

i grind my ground beef, after it's cookedi love the minced ground beef, fits better in the taco..i bought metal taco holders, not expensive and they make ptocess so easy

If you don't have salsa use tomato paste but great recipe ❤❤❤

I like my cheese melted so I put some at the bottom of the shell then the meat (plus it keeps wet meat) from soaking through the shell and then more cheese on top of the meat then whatever else you want on it.

Taco seasoning is basically. Cumin, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, bit a cayenne, salt and pepper. Great for soft tacos for those of us getting short on the tooth.
