INGREDIENTS

For the taco seasoning ( you can make a big batch )
1 and 1/2 Tbs chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes ( you can use more)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper (you can use more)

1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 and 1/2 Tbs tomato paste
1/3 cup chicken broth

I have been using all sorts of seasonings from the store, online made some from other videos. This is the only one my whole family has loved. I was always taught to cook the beef through prior to seasoning but doing it the way Claudia does it is WAY better. By far the best tacos ive ever had, even for my pickiest eaters. Subscribed!!

Tastes exactly like the seasoning they use at Taco Bell. I've been eating Taco Bell since I was a kid. It's a simple easy recipe to make. I should have gotten the taco shells instead of making my own.

This is a good recipe. My only suggestion is to either use lean ground beef or brown your ground beef first and drain, otherwise your ground beef will be drowning in oil.
