I made chili today. I have learned that my body is perfectly happy with garlic (Thank God!), onion, pepper, and real chili powders. I take advantage of all the spices I can. Meanwhile, wheat and corn are 100% out and can't be tolerated even in the smallest amounts.

I did the gd beef and eggs 2 days in a row for breakfast!! Also, I finally cooked the flanken short ribs, only salt, made in our small oven 350/45 just like you recommended and they turned our delicious. Im very particular about the cut of beef I eat, due to taste. I grew up on farm raised from our family's farm (I will eat cheap meat). I've always loved short ribs. I was a butter muncher before the term came about 😆 but now I make a conscious effort to go for the butter instead of something else. Breaking bad habits. I just finished 30 days. Thanks for your simple tips.

What I do is have a 1/2 stick butter and a equivalent of cream cheese and combine the two it allot easier to get down and a lot creamier 😊

I love the flavor of brown butter! After it’s browned, I pour it into a silicone mold that has bite size spots. Keep it in the the fridge, delicious!

Beef burgers+butter, chicken broth with squid and egg, several egg-shakes (yolk+butter), carpacco with raw beef, 3 raw eggs, bakon. Never the food was so tasty and nutritional. I love it. Thinking of adding some more seafood in it, tastes amazing. While travelling I'd take some eggs, butter and basturma (dry beef) or dry chicken meat.

OK, I want to know how those bones were dissolved. Were they roasted and then blended in a food processor or something? I just made some bone broth with bones I had in the freezer left over. I did not re-roast them before making the broth. So I hope I did not get too much histamine in there.

Ground beef + eggs are a game changer. I just finished up a 2 whole egg, 6 egg white + bacon with a healthy amount of irish butter with a tall glass of water.

What do I eat? Three frozen Costco beef patties plus a pound of scrapple from the butcher = what I eat most days before supper. Coffee around 8am normally I start eating after 1 pm. Some days there will be a burger and half the scrapple that might get mixed into dinner plan or added to dogs food. Other days I’ll eat it all. Dinner is also carnivore based but has more variety. Some days eggs, some days meat stewed In homemade broth. Occasionally chicken or fish or scallops. We eat whole fat yogurt or cottage cheese, some carrots or occasionally baked potato but the three burger patties and scrapple = mindless daily foundation after noticing I’d get myself into trouble waiting to figure something out when (over) hungry.

I did carnivore for 2 months and felt fantastic! Then 3 people died that I know(and I just lost my motivation) on vacation and realized I have Lipodema and they said high fat wouldn't b good for me. What are your thoughts. Getting slowly back into carnivore.
