The frustrating thing about being a young man is no one really gives you a chance. You have to put in the work, , and eventually profit from the results.

I agree with this advice. Stop worrying about what others are doing. I loved my 20s and I’m turning 40. Do what makes you happy, work hard, build yourself up, get and grow skills, have fun, be kind and generous, love your family, and all good things will come. I stayed single and it was a great decision and waited for my 30s to settle down.

19 - moved out and never moved back home
23 - graduated college, got my first Corp job making 47k
25 - promoted, 75k
28 - bought a 5br/3ba house and lived alone. Had a new truck and car.
29 - promoted, 100k. I renovated my house all on my own

Looking back it was a lot of fun, being not married and tied down. It allowed me to grow the way I needed to before getting married and being a dad. The whole time I never tried to do what others were doing. Or rushing to find a wife. I did what made sense to me and made me happy. I still do what makes me happy, but I put my wife and kids first. And it’s nice that I’ve grown so much and have good earning where I can comfortably do that.

The superpower we have in our 20s is that nobody will fault you for driving a used car or living with your parents. Use this to your advantage. Resist the temptation to impress others!

I feel the same way. When I was 21 I was down feeling bad for myself in my parents house, broke unaccomplished etc. 5 years later Im in my own home with a great business and purpose in life. I just made my first million last week!

Life is a difficult exam. Many fail because they want to copy others... not realizing that everyone has different exam questions.

Thank you for this message. It really uplifted me . I'm 22 and I can't stop comparing myself to my friends. All of them are in long-term relationships, are at college or have a decent jobs. It feels like there is nothing going on for me
Edit: Thank you for all the comments and likes ♥️ I wasn't expecting anyone to see this

The best advice we should all give to men regardless of age is to simply move forward and never look back!

although your channel is geared towards creating better men, watching a lot of your videos makes me want to become a better woman

Hafees! 😭 I’m so happy for you! You’re a real one for making this.. I remember when I was still living with my folks at 27 feeling like a scrub and my mentor/boss told me to take my time and don’t be in a rush to take on all these unnecessary bills just to be by myself. I had just bought myself a car and felt so behind in life but it’s really all a lie—the timeline of society! It will have you thinking you don’t measure up but greatness is already within you! You’re already successful! It’s a God-speed thing!

I needed to hear this. Im 20 right now lowkey depressed and frustrated with all these questions realizing that I’m just comparing myself to other successful people my age. God has a journey and a purpose for me. I just need to be in the present and focus on myself. I’ll check back on this vid in the future✌🏼 peace&love to anyone that reads this!

Keeping up with Jones' mindset. The grass is always greener on the other side until you realize that it is not! Focus on being your best self. Remember when the game is over all the game pieces go back in the same box, but it is how you played the game that will determine where you will go after your journey here on earth.✌️

i can't thank you enough, podcast really is an eyeopener for a 25 year-old man like me, who's still in search for life purpose

Hafeez I just want to say that I am a 26 year old man and this was much appreciated. I feel like most of the pressure from society is always on the man for the most part. I always feel like I need to grind harder and work and work because “I’m not where I need to be” but you just made me realize that I have to enjoy the journey. Life is a marathon not a sprint. Thank you brother for opening my eyes and changing so many lives.

I needed this video desperately. I Just graduated college this past spring thinking that I would be on verge of being a professional athlete, to me now not sure of what I wanna do since being a athlete didn’t work the way I wanted it to. I came back home to little to no friends and I was instantly depressed cause I believed that I was a failure. I am now realizing that I compare my life to others too often. People I knew in high school who are in (NFL, big time Job, married etc.) I know God is by my side. I needed this video 🙏🏽

I’m literally in the same spot you were when you were 29 bro except I’m 23. I’ve failed almost every endeavour I’ve set out upon but I’m not giving up (although many times I want to). I’m starting therapy soon which I’m hoping will help. I’m desperate to find my calling and discover what Gods plans for my life are. I’m also dealing with heartache from a women, similar situation to yours. I just want to be happy and find my purpose.
