How to Install Insulation into Your Van | Swell Van Co

The first step of your van build - we're walking you through how to install your insulation into your van.

In Your Kit:
•Pre-cut + labeled pieces of insulation
•Map of your van (key: PU# = passenger upper | DL# = driver lower

Tools/Supplies You Will Need:
•Spray Adhesive OR double-side tape
•Scissors (for any extra cuts you may need to make)

How to Install:
1. Match labeled pieces of insulation with the coordinating label on your van map and find that location in the van.

2. Apply your glue or double-sided tape to necessary locations in the van (ceilings + open faced walls)
**keep in mind your working time for spray glue is fast! Be ready to apply your insulation almost immediately after spraying.

3. Place your insulation in the corresponding locations in your van.
