Since awakening spiritually I've had dreams of a coming storm, darkness and extreme weather, aliens and people who I hadn't met. Two of those people I've now met in real life. I am an HSP and a negative side effect of that is having recurring insomnia. I had dreams about a family member passing about 3 years ago that would haunt me, and recently one did. Was the insomnia and the dreams a sign of something? Or am I just a worrier.?
