This afternoon I'm going to be sitting down to respond to all of you guys that have been messaging me! It's been a really hectic week, but I caught up on so much Sunday afternoon. How are you guys feeling? Is anyone feeling a little bit of cabin fever, I just learned this phrase this week, but I've been spending so much time cooking and trying out new recipes so I've been making the most of my time.

How have you been passing the time? There are so many things that I have caught up on and friends I haven't spoken to that I've been in touch with again. It has been tough to stay on my routines, but I'm starting to cook for myself again and now with everything that is happening I've taken some time to film videos that I've been meaning to make!

I've been making dishes using everything from canned foods, frozen foods, and even fresh produce. One other thing, please please keep yourself safe, wash your hands, and if you don't need to go outside stay in. We have to stop the spread of this together and really make sure we protect everyone who may have pre-existing health conditions.

Can we get a work out for like each upper and lower body? like one separate at home video for arms then abs then butt and legs that work best for you? I would really love to know what you do💕

Sanne, just a tip: you have to squat deeper. Than you’ll activate the glutes en legs much more 💕 (Look at the other girl.)

This is just what I needed. Honestly I love having short workout options because if I don't have time for something longer, it helps to ensure that I will do something. Like another person commented, even if it's only 10 minutes, you really feel it!! Thank you Sanne!

One of the best booty burn video ! It really targets the glutes and I can definitly feel the burn. LOVE your fitness video with Sami. You guys do such an awesome work together, keep going ! <3

Sanne love your grape colored attire but squat is supposed to go deeper 🌝.. but oh well, you're already thin, maybe it's fine if you do lightly.
