👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 we’re in the era of quitting with no answer. I am mind blown just how many young adults leave jobs with no backup plan because they are taught that quality of life is more important than working, but to them “Quality of life” is as simple as mind numbing themselves with Netflix and video games because it feels better and more comfortable than working hard. I am 46 years old. I worked 3 jobs for as long as i can remember, i opened my first business at 39, I have no plans to retire any time soon and I’m rightfully motivated by financial freedom and becoming an elite asset to my industry. No one can take away your financial freedom, your experience or your knowledge. Perhaps motivation will come with taking away the next generation’s ability to order Door Dash??

I've been in my current job for over 8 years and during that time, I occasionally explored other opportunities without finding anything that resonated with me. Now, I feel like I've been in this industry for too long to give it up. Instead, I believe it's time to take the next step and start my own business. Although I've only started enjoying what I do in the past couple of years, there are still days when I question why I'm stuck in this industry. Figuring out what one truly wants in life can be very challenging. I'm currently 29 years old and when I was 23, I met Gary who advised me to be more patient. I followed his advice, but now I'm starting to feel like my ambitions are slowly fading away, and I'm becoming one of those people who have worked their whole lives in a single industry.

Me too buddy… except I don’t make good money but just surviving is not passion. It’s sad but it’s how almost all of us feel.
