This body scan meditation is a great way to start your day or to help you reduce stress and anxiety. By doing a body scan meditation, you're training your brain to focus on your body and to relax. This simple meditation will help you reduce stress and anxiety and improve your mental health!

In this video I am guiding you through Feldenkrais Body Scan, which we often use before and after a movement lesson so you can notice a difference in your bodies (tone of muscles; changes in contact of your body with the floor; changes in breathing quality; changes in state of the mind, etc).

A Body Scan in itself is an excellent mind body connection exercise. What makes it "mind-body" exercise is that you bring your ATTENTION to your BODY and MOVEMENT. The act of bringing your attention to your body gets you "out of your head" and be in your body in the moment, which balances your autonomic nervous system, thus less pain and less stress and anxiety.

Yes I saw the difference in the space inbetween the middle back became less - not so much the neck. Also when I stood up noticed that my feet where more planted all over.

There was a difference on the right and left side and maybe the breath was not as deep as it should be. On the whole nice relaxed meditation which is required for all of us😊 Thank you

Nice meditation. Thank you. But i am wondering Why all the meditation are donr on a "you" message? I would believe it would make a better inner connection in a "I " saying. Think about that we need to focus on the "I experience..." this and that. Thank you
