The Haptic Engine makes the OS feel like it's alive, the way they've implemented the different haptics throughout the OS is brilliant. The Attention Aware feature in FaceID is nothing short of genius, the way it lowers the volume of incoming notifications or alarm clock is absolutely brilliant! The fluidity and smoothness of the gestures and UI are second to none. The continuity between different Apple devices is great. IMO Apple's hardware design is not only industry-leading but also the most beautiful! When you add up all the different things you get an experience that's unmatched in the tech industry. Apple's obsessive attention to detail is why people love their products, also their retail stores are also a thing of sheer beauty!

as a new iphone user after being a life long flagship andriod user, i felt it easy to convert to ios due to how many features andriod and ios share now. things like live text, spacebar scrolling, optimized battery charging and auto fill are things i used without thinking for many years on my andriods and i was glad to know they are on ios as well.

i do miss googles built in spam call flitering, as well as its speach to text engine when watching videos.

The scanning feature has come in clutch so many times for me. I’ve been with iPhone since iPhone 4 and prior to that I was living it up with blackberry 😂

That text code autofill is MONEY. It's so convenient and often over looked. I also love how quick you can switch because cameras without any stutter. Also the shutter speed. It's the little things.

The “Share Audio” feature is extremely clutch as well . I was wearing my Airpods Max while watching a video on my iPad Pro and my sister wanted watch with me so I just bring down control centers, press the Share button and press “Share Audio” to my sister’s Airpods 3 and Voila! We’re watching the same content with our own different models of Airpods. Extremely Underrated Feature!

So I just started using an iPhone 12 about 3 weeks ago and I have to say…it’s a really good phone, it makes me feel like all the android phones out there whit all these crazy spaces and features feel like gimmicks when you start using an iPhone. Example, 90hrz screen.. the iPhone has a 60hrz screen but it’s smooth it don’t really need a faster one. 3+ cameras.. no need if you have 2 that perform perfectly in almost any situation. Yeah you have the sense that you “get” more for your money with a Samsung but in real world use, you really don’t when the iPhone is so reliable. I am going to get and try the pixel 6a just because but I feel that my sim will remain in the iPhone for quite some time. Grate video, very well done liked and subscribed.

I've always preferred androids than iphones because ios is a very closed system, having an iphone basically turns you into a hostage of apple, lightning port is an example of that
Just yesterday I tried to connect an iphone to my Windows computer through usb to send some files and the PC did not even recognize the iphone as a connectable device, using an android I feel free to do whatever i want with it

YES about the smoothness. Android phones I had just had this weird way of not flowing smoothly doing little things that was so apparent when I came from an iPhone that I just had to switch back. It bothered me so badly and my eyes would not adjust. I also love the camera and how fast and easy it is to take photos.

Every few years I have an itch to try Android again. I have always come back to an iPhone.

For me one of the most convenient subtle features is the built-in dictionary. I’m an English teacher from Brazil and read a lot of stuff in English. So every time I come across a word I’m not familiar with, all I have to do is highlight that word and hit “look up”. Then I’m presented with a pretty comprehensive dictionary entry and rarely have to resort to other dictionary apps I have.

One of my favourite features is the ability to scan photos, documents etc to your Mac using your iPhone. Very underrated feature.

I think the google pixel 6 pro gets me going and almost have the same features you listed out and I love googles call screening live translate and boy google assistant still better than Siri🔥

I think the most important thing is that those features are completely build into the experience, because Android can do it too, but on the iPhone feels more seamless

I agree with all you have listed. I would just add handoff because it is really awesome to switch between things when you are in the ecosystem

The major reason why I switched to apple is the longevity of the device. My wife's iphone 11 pro max is still smooth and performing compared to my note 10 plus which was killed by major updates. Funny thing is samsung flagship costs more than apples. But I kinda miss some android features especially their notification but I dont want to upgrade my phone every 2 to 3 years so buying an iphone actually saves uou money than buying an android flagship.

I'm an iphone user, and THE thing I hate absolutely hate with all android phones (high-end) I've tried is the smooth scrolling, on iphone it feels like I actually moving a piece of paper and I love it. Android phones are fast but I don't get that same feeling. And I use a iphone 13. On my job my work phone is the iphone SE 2020 it is as smooth even on a cheap phone. Fantastic!

It just works! There is one thing you missed! It is actually not a feature, but it still comes with the iphone, and that is the excellant apple customer service! you just can't beat it!
