I'm working on that people-pleasing thing. I just like to help others because it needs to be done. I don't need gratification or like anybody to notice that I'm doing anything nice or kind for someone else. I just do it because it needs to be done. But still I do help people to a fault. Like I said I'm working on that. It's always important to have a nice balance. I have enough self confidence and love I don't need to live vicariously through others. I'm actually pretty cool on my own and I do pretty cool things and I'm okay with being with myself. I just have a very giving heart. But I'm a definite people-pleaser.

Trust is such a difficult word because it can sometimes imply that you believe someone else will act in your best interests even if it hurts them. You can usually trust that other people will act in their own best interests when placed under enough stress. Regardless of the rightness or wrongness of it people can usually rationalize reality to fit a narrative that benefits their own ego and bottom line.

To be honest I found myself to people pleaser but what I hear is not for me. I do anything to make people happy but I never hurt anyone even if I can. I just treat others just like I want they to treat me and I don't want anything back even attention. All I want is a honest person that I can trust and a real friend.

There’s a couple I know that are overly generous. Like you give them good news about yourself and they say, “let us know if there’s anything we can do”. They offer money all the time, example if you or a child brings up something that they like or wanna do. They send you money. They say they don’t like to recommend their people (party planner, businesses people )to their family because if they flake or are rude, they end up making them look bad.
They are OVERLY NICE I mean the fakest I’ve met. They will never let you know if you look hideous. They are really mean but in a nice way if that makes sense.
They are really judgmental but in a nice way as well. And on top of that they only talk about themselves.

Most of my family are two faced. In public, or at school or work, they fake their niceness and then at home, they're rude and easily cross personal boundaries. Its so hard to live around that bc everyone else knows their fake side. So I end up looking like the crazy one. Also, most of my friends have very nice families that are not manipulative which means it can be impossible for them to relate to my situation when I try to open up to them about my issues with my family.
