Hi guys, here I showed up in this tutorial how to enable and disable windows 10 system administrator account.
Basically, A Windows user used to login as administrator in Windows 10 using their user administrator account, but this administrator account is not the Actual administrator account.
The actual system administrator account is by default set as disabled in Windows 10 for safety purpose, and this is highly recommended for general Windows account users.
However, in some cases if you will need the actual system administrator privileges, to run a program or modify something in your system, then this video will help to solve your problem.

my system win10pro is using Admin Account only. Several programms like Luminar-3 photo editor does not want to execute its commands and Win10 shows me a notice like Luminar 3 was blocked to perform changes to photo files (I wanted) considering its a danger.... So I can not EDIT and save my pictures. I tested many options to force Wind-10 stop blocking this Luminar3 but failed. What can you say and how to fix this ? Few other programms are also most of my Soft is OK. Wirewall was tuned by myself to permit Luminar activity already - it did not help - why ?

do I have to Uninstall first my Blocked Luminar3 photo editor? Then perform the above operation step 1 and reboot ? Then Install Luminar 3 anew and after perform Step 2 (-Value 1 -Force). Is it possible to avoid Uninstall/Install again and force Wind 10 to unblock the suspected Photo Editor to execute its job ??? P.S - I did not have to uninstall/install that Luminar editor: just did step 1 Value 0 and after reboot started Luminar (it failed and was blocked by Win10) step 2 Value 1 and reboot : now Luminar works as intended ! Like a Bible Miracle :-)
