Accessing Hidden OEM Partition

How to access the Hidden Recovery/ OEM partition that contains WIndows OS Image, Software and Drivers on the machines that come pre-installed with Windows OS from the manufacturer.

I've C and D partition. Partition D: has System Volume Information folder and recycle bin. I want to reset pc ... should I delete D drive files? (There are 2 options. Only c or all drives)

I want to still have the factory reset option in the future...
And clean pc (delete many restore points, and files)

On modern acer machines the recovery is in folder you can open it in 7-Zip go to the folders ICB then to 0 then to MachineSpecific then to C$ then finally go to File acer seems to switch to use official windows PBR configuration using the User-State Migation Tool

Is the same as recovery partition? How is the best way to copy to a usb? To reinstall windows with license in case HDD get damage..

Question3: Ive win 8 from factory. If I upgrade to win 10....and if I didnt like that..Can I go back to win 8 with this usb?
