Under Windows 10 Pro try this:
- run GPEDIT.MSC
- Computer configuration
- Administrative Templates
- Control Panel
- Personalization
- Do not display the lock screen (Not Configured)

I have a problem with different times when the pc turns on (on the locked screen it says 5:10 and when I lift the locked screen it says 17:10). How to solve it, I want it to say 17:10 in both places

This didn't work for me. But I found that changing all the settings at 1:11 to disabled and applying the change. Then changing them all back to not configured and applying that change, fixed the issue.

Mine was already at not configured.
So I went into "force a specific default lock screen.." option instead, and disabled it.
