Remember that Sansa was like 11 and didn’t know what was going on. We the audience are privy to information that Sansa wasn’t. We know of the conflict and tensions between the Starks and the Lannisters, but Sansa wasn’t told or knew of anything. She was raised in a bubble. As for her love of Joffrey, consider this. Joffrey is a narcissist psychopath, those types of people are notorious for their manipulation. Joffrey was on his best behavior when he was still a prince and around Sansa. When he became King he was free to do what he wanted.
