Hello, this video has been quite informative and it got me thinking....maybe I could get some insight from you on my own experience. Earlier this year I got an invitation to apply for a position with UNOPS which I gladly did, some 5-6weeks after the deadline for application I checked my application status and saw that I was longlisted, the position status then moved to shortlisting and then to Evaluation and has been on that for more than a month. Actually I don't even understand what that means, if the shortlisted candidates have already been contacted and interviewed or not. It is as confusing to me as it is making me anxious because I have been longing to get a role with the UN.
Can you at least explain this part to me if that's possible?

The thing is that I am working full time for over 3 years in a position that suits the position that I want to apply for and at the same time im doing my bachelors at the moment. I will finished my bachelors in 3 months. Does that mean that they will kick out my application immediately ?
