So Mr.Sean Simz Tech, If i have a mother board that says it allows for 5200MHz from factory but can handle up to 6400Mhz if overclocked. This is what they mean?

Bro, my 2 profiles are 3600mhz and it isn´t stable for me, so for all this time i was just changing my dram frequency with my xmp disabled. Did that have any impact at all? Is this a wrong way to do it?

It’s saying the max is DDR4-2666 (20x100.00x1.33) but says it’s capable of 3200

My adjusted frequency stays at 4800 despite me setting the dram frequency to 6400 and both my motherboard and ram support 6400mhz. Any ideas?

When ever i try to enable expo my pc wont boot and gives me ram and cpu lights.
Tried everything..

Specs are msi b650 tomahawk, 7800x3d, 4080 oc,
64 gb kingston fury 6000 expo version

Everytime i try to change my ram speed
Or try to make a change in bios it wont boot anymore and have to remove cmos batterie wich is annoying cause its right under the gpu..

Any ideas?

After the reset everything is fine again but cant get te maximum performance out of it.
