I'm telling ya'll. Leave the paging file to System Managed. System managed basically means windows will set it to a number which is perfect for the amount of ram you have in your system.

If you are running with a HDD as a boot drive on a crappy PC then it's not a good idea to have it. This is because storing files on your HDD will slow the experience a lot by opening programs.

Well it's setting Swap, ofc it will use less ram, because it will store pages inside mass memory, then will be much slower. However, higher ram doesn't mean higher speed, it means higher multitasking

The pagefile is basically fake-ram on your SSD/HDD in case you run out of ram.
So please don't do this. You actually want to avoid using the page file. You will need a pagefile if you have <8GB Ram, but if you have e.g. >16GB of ram, you could consider turning off the pagefile entirely to avoid stressing your SSD and bottlenecking your PC speed for no reason, (especially if you use a HDD!).

This is the graphics/video card ram, and really if you have a low tier computer don’t use more than 2, mid tier use 4, and high tier 6 to 8. But dont put 8 for a low-end pc.

Multiply your ram(4gb, 8gb, 16gb, etc) by 1024 and then 2, mine runs smoother but I use 16gb, don't know if this helps

I couldn't care how much RAM it uses, I disabled this page in file completely like I imagine most power users will. Since you are simply asking your computer to use the hard drive instead you are going to have significantly diminished performance another word doing this will slow your computer down significantly. You want as much stuff as possible in memory not the other way around this video is absolutely garbage.
