"I'm just imagining a world without my best friend in it". Damn bro even after all the shenanigans Sheldon's pulled, how can you hate him for that

1:40 Out of all his intelligent rhetoric, this was the best and most sensible thing that he has said in the series

That was so sweet and absolutely proof that Sheldon loved Leonard as a friend! Also, Parsons and Galecki are brilliant together in this scene! 🤣But I never understood why Sheldon had to move out of his own apartment!! Yes, I know it was an experiment at first, if he would be able to live in a different apartment but still, it didn't make sense that he stayed at Penny's with Amy. But I consider it a gift to Leonard and Penny, in the end, and maybe Sheldon's atonement for his impossible behavior, because Sheldon's apartment was bigger, nicer, and simply better than Penny's.

This was one of the best scenes in the whole show. They really are great friends when all is said and done.

'You know he's a flight risk' something tells me this isn't about him running off but an incident we never saw on a plane.

literally in this scene Sheldon is crying, showing emotions like never before and he says he knows how difficult he can be, but he will still miss Leonard. So he always thought of him as a friend he just has Asperger and we all get it, his annoying behaviors are for comedy as this is a sitcom. But Sheldon literally ended up giving up his apartment for Leonard and Penny, and his apartment was bigger and way better than Penny's. So yeah, he did make up for it all.

I liked that compromise of 1 day a week and he lets Leonard whistle

My teenage godchild (girl) was just diagnosed with autism. I so hope she'll have a group of family and friends as tolerant.

I have Autism Spectrum Disorder and I understand Sheldon’s feelings in that moment. We are raised sort of like in a routine is the best way to describe it. We have a list and our parents raised us to follow, look at who is surrounding us when or where we do that said list, the time we get there to the time we leave. And if one simple thing isn’t there or we should up a minute late, or someone we have small conversations with is no longer there we have what is a panic attack. It may seem strange to someone outside, but that one thing has been part of our lives, and our schedule. It is the same way with our home life. When my sister was moving out I literally cried in my room because she has been living with me since. Raising me just she was my second mother. And my mom gosh! She is the center of my world. And when someone brings up image if they were not there we have no idea how to even imagine that. And we become extremely defensive and difficult because that is like reprogramming us that everything we were raised and brought up doesn’t matter anymore and it was a waste of your life. That is where we break down because we feel things twice as hard…so when Sheldon said how he is trying to imagine living in a world without his best friend he means it from the bottom of his heart even though he doesn’t know how to put them into words. The theory of the universe, science, comics, and they way humans should react is simple and easy….but when it is emotional things it is like his brain says the opposite or he says something that hurts someone because he does not know if he will bond with it or love it. If that makes sense…that is just how it is for me.

Being autistic myself (not saying Sheldon is, but there's a lot of indications), I understand that change feels stressful when you are not the one instigating it.

I like how this scene shows that it’s okay for men to get emotional and cry it’s being human.

Especially that sheldon was robbed on the train trip.

Sheldon is not difficult. He is toxic to Leonard. He constantly demeaned, ridiculed, blackmailed and insulted him.

I like the part sheldon said” just wear your squeky shoes and eek eek your way out”

this reminds me of frasier when Martin cries about the painting.

It’s funny how Sheldon can have moments of maturity and decency like this, then he goes back to being an insufferable asshole a couple episodes later.

I’m thinking now that Sheldon has abandonment issues because of George’s death

Getting in touch with their female side (pulling tissues from purses, talking about their “feelings “). This was awesome!
