How to fix second monitor cutting in half when playing stretched resolution

forgot to mention that when u do this you will have to drag stuff down rather than to the side. u will get used to it

damn... so this is the only way to fix this? kinda sad cuz this wasn't an issue at all for me in windows 10. still waiting for valve to add native support for ingame stretched viewport (like in aimlabs)
