The ONLY WAY to setup Dual Monitors

That portrait makes having things like discord so much nicer.

As a programmer, one Horizontal for stack overflow and one portrait for the IDE.
This is the way.

Depends what you're using it for.... Mine are curved and one is for gaming and the other is for whatever else I need and usually that's better horizontal in general

Just went from aide by side to stacked 34 and 24 inch and its absolutely amazing to look at. Way better for my neck and way better for fast swapping

I have a laptop and 3 monitors. I have one “stacked” above the laptop screen, one vertical on the side, and the other one I can switch between vertical and horizontal on the other side. Having more screens is always a good thing for me :)

If you got an ultra wide you don’t really need a monitor on the side. It’s better to put it up there

I loved my stacked monitors way more than 1 portrait 1 landscape. Made it so easy and when I want to watch a video and game it would still be full screen instead of just the center 3rd of the screen.

stacked monitors are great for video production. you can have one full monitor for your preview window and another one for timeline, effect window, files, etc. when stacking them the preview window is closer to the timeline than if you were to place them next to eachother, just because that’s how most editing software is designed

tbh it really depends on the person's setup and stuff he does. personally has been using 3 or 2 monitor for the past 10 years, i felt like nowadays the traditional 16:9 is just awkward no matter what you do except gaming.

its either up to the monitor maker or windows to implement good features that will accommodate model productivity applications with games.

You haven't actually given a reason why having two stacked monitors is bad in the video. I don't currently have the space for two side-by-side monitors and I want to be able to have full screen windows landscape on my other monitor.

Had side by side and switched to stacked. Stacked is better can rotate my top monitor towards my bed so can watch stuff at night, and im not short so it doesnt hurt my neck

i've got 2 39inch monitors, i can only stack them, there is no other way to use them both
