I saw some other break up coaches say that you gotta stop following these sorts of channels after awhile. But it's this sort of thing that'll keep me subscribed as long as you're all doing videos. The immediate breakup stuff, the ex no contact videos, that was good at first. But this real self help stuff is why this crew stands above everyone else.

Mr. Kenneth and Mrs. Foley are just a wonderful people to listen to first thing in the morning. Truly have learned a lot from both of you and much appreciation to you both. God bless and thank you again

Had a call with Margaret earlier this week, and loved it! ❤️ she made me feel so much better. I understand that I don’t need my ex and that really there wasn’t much hope for our relationship (unless he puts in a ton of work which is unlikely), so I will keep working on my own issues and hopefully slowly moving on from him completely.
Gonna keep watching your videos daily, doing the workbooks and seeing a local therapist. Thank you so much for your hard work, you guys really became a light at the end of the tunnel for me in my darkest moments!

I have been with my avoidant wife ten years now, and it has been very difficult, they require a lot of space and freedom, I am very anxious and it is not easy, thank you coach Craig for the work that you are doing to help all of us understand each other, and ourselves, my marriage would have ended long ago if not for you, and your work, thank you,

My anxiety is on another level. I fear he may never come back again. Your videos help me alot. I can't stop thinking of him and the good moments we shared. He is an avoidant

your team is the best!!! I seldom comment but I watch almost every new video with the three (or any combination) of you all. I wouldn't be anywhere near as capable of understanding others, and myself, without your videos. Lots of love xx

This was a great video for me. This break up has caused me to become extremely anxious, especially when he started dating someone new on day 30 of no contact. He was throwing out signs of missing me just before he met this new person and now it’s as if I don’t exist. I see him everyday and can tell that he doesn’t like/love her the way he did me. It’s obvious they don’t connect like we did. I can tell he still misses me from the way he looks at me from across the room when he thinks I’m not looking. I miss him dearly but in the meantime, I’ll keep working on myself, let their 1 month relationship fall apart on its own and hope that he realizes what he lost. Thank you Craig, Margaret and Victoria for being my saving grace during the most difficult time in my life.

This video came along just when i needed it. Ive been feeling really anxious lately - about work, relationships etc. Non break up related as my break up was a while ago and I'm with someone else. It came into my head to watch an ask craig video, as you guys always soothe and comfort me, even now. Then this popped up with the exact topic i needed 😊 thank you

I have an anxious mindset and it is so annoying I get worried about everything even things I cant control or things I'm not sure how it will turn out I hate suprises because they make me nervous I'm so guilty of everything Margret listed I also have a bad habit of over talking people but i can control it at my job lol i take things personally as well and usually cut people off at the first time of a mistake wow this was really insightful the what ifs are always in the back of my mind I'm aware of what I do I was in therapy for two years stopped when covid happened I'm learning to take risks regardless I just landed a new job at the hospital and if I dont know how to do something I'm going to ask as I get older I dont want my anxiety to cripple me and the relationships its deff a process for me

I find myself listening to my mind and having to talk it through why its feeling that way and the reality of the situation and that there is nothing i can do to change this, that i have to care for me and let those thoughts go. If its meant to be it will be... relax... "silentio Bruno" .

😊What a brilliant and healthy way to understand your own anxious mind. Control your mind, don't let it control you, right?
Personally I think one should listen and respect their mind, but always go with their gut feeling. You guys are great!
It was too little too late for me by the time I found your content, but now I'm hooked. Had to start somewhere. Press on!
Cheers from Abu Dhabi.

Can't let your mind always play tricks on you your mind is one part of you not all know your vaule . If you don't have great value or don't feel like you do make something happen that is known, I've been broken up with my ex for 8 months now have a new g.f. my point is just keep doing stuff build yourself better

Do you think you could do a video on what to do if your ex follows you on social media or requests to? Or comments on a photo? I’ve heard from some that to respond to these is breaking no contact so it’d be helpful if you could cover this!
