I have being maining Encore - San Hua team since the start of the game. And now got Changli.
Witch team is better, it depends San Hua needs lower investment to work, but Changli do a lot more dmg. The probelm is that, yeah San Hua team is skill demanding team but Changli's a lot much hard to reach the full dmg potencial.
When I start playing Changli the team was actually worst, but when I started to perfect the rotation it starts to get SO much better even doing 20-30 seconds more time than San Hua team on the Tower.
So the answer depends on: Investment and skill player.

Yes the chixia + changli team is awesome 🐦‍🔥
N if they release an 5* main dps, who works like chixia...The team could be cracked 🤙🏽

i run on both the inferno set, cz changlis dmg is so high, that 30% (+echo dmg/buff) Fusion dmg on her dmg is more team dmg then 22, 5(+echo dmg/buff) atk for chixia

(I know u just used moonlight for showcase, doesnt mean u prefer it)
