your forte stocks must be spent before Using Ultimate
lol and True sight must be always active when using forte and ultimate simple as that lol
even on aerial truesight must be active

Ou o cara combou fofo (perdeu DPS ali no final) ou é um boneco bem bait, porque foi o mesmo tempo da Encore.
Na Prydwen a diferença de dano entre ambas é de +18% de dano pra Changli e uma rotação 1s mais rápida.
