Doing the same comp but since I S6R5'd Changli my Chixia is the Moonlight Heron sub dps. She has R3 gun and I find the ER from the set and guns really gives her a fluid ult rotation. She has less field time than Changli in this config but she still gets to drop consistent, tasty Liberations while hypercarry buffing Changli.

I'd say any S2 or higher Changli haver should make Chixia the subdps support if they have the guns.
