had that today. shit was fucking terrifying. i thought i was gonna faint the whole time. hearing went out, vision started getting foggy. couldn’t see or hear eventually and got extremely nauseous. i was stumbling around almost trying not to fall off the stairs bc i was at sunsplash.

Wish I would of seen this before I was working in blueberry fields day before yesterday shoveling mulch I got really confused dizzy and couldn’t really talk then I started throwing up and my legs would cramp up I continued to do that for the remainder of the day and through the entire night I would have that happen then feel fine for a hour and I start sweating really bad and it happens again… it’s been 2 days and I’m not throwing up anymore but I get really bad indigestion so I have hardly ate… I grew up with epilepsy and I’m my opinion this was much more scary then an episode

Another good tip is to put ice packs in their junctional areas like their arm pits and their inner thighs. Also works for hypothermia, you just want to swap ice packs with heater pads wrapped in cloth, hydroflask filled with hot water also wrapped in cloth.

The worst symptoms have to be the vertigo like feeling, chills, and quick temperature change in the body. It feels like a nightmare.

I recently had heat exhaustion and heat stroke. I was exhausted from anxiety it being a new job and all and I work for a union so we have patches of high pay work and then no work for a bit and then I get set another gig going and this one is really high, paying several months of work paying like $900 a day for a 12 hour shift so I was trying to work my butt off because I want to stay be there that long I should be there in a long and I’m 6 foot four and a 411 pounds and I haven’t had proper groceries. because I paid for my mortgage, car and gas and car payments and literally ran out of money so on the fourth day of no eating and no sleeping I went to work in the hot heat and I was working with side a white tank and it was mirroring the sunlight down on me. You could actually take my sunglasses off and take it to your bare skin and it burns exhorters sunglasses and I had plenty of water to drink, but I think into our three right before lunch. I put myself into shock by pouring ice cold water on my extremely hot head, which at this point was starting to get dry, which means it had slowly stop swelling, which is a terrible sign when you’re having heat exhaustion I kept drinking water really fast and puking so I started sipping water which was what I was told to do. I just shipped and shipped and shipped every like literally every couple minutes anyways I woke up in the ambulance went to the hospital had a CT scan and on the way to the CT scan I woke up and I had a seizure while I was. Awake It was terrifying, and they didn’t reassure me or tell me anything or say anything they just brought me into the CT room while I was having a seizure while I was conscious and I was like stuttering trying to ask for help because I didn’t know what to do when you’re having a seizure apparently nothing unless my vitals were affected which wouldn’t be being monitored. I guess you can’t just stop to see here from happening I don’t know but terrible terrible time.

how far we elevate of feet, caused some of the sources needed of 25-30 degree like in shock position manuvre, some two pille of pillow, others 12 inch only/one adult bags, or just had higher to heart which only slight?

I was working and got this, i had blurry vision, confusion, etc
