Im confused.
At the beginning of the video, the vertical boards were flush with the ends of the horizontal boards.
Later it is back an inch and a half for screwing
When did you move it?

Pray the floor is level but nice trick

I have done a few builds like this by air nailing the shelves together all at once, then using clamps and level to attach the legs before screwing. This allows for correction of any variation in the floor

Cool way of copying the back the way you framed it. I'd like to point out that your shelves will only be as strong as the screws the way you've done put that together. I'm not hating on your build or anything. I'm just rather informing you that verticle 2x4 could hold up your plywood, and it would be even stronger to hold weight.

I don't understand why would would not finish the walls first before building shelves. I assume you'll have to forever look at the drywall mud forever because nobody is going to want to paint around it

could be rin bunk bed for overweight people. looks very stable.

Kreig screws are not much without glue. I like the template design but 2 face screws would have been a bit stronger
