1. Sunscreen, 2 weeks straight after microneedling
- physical sunscreen
2. Antibody cream for very sensitive skin

4. No make-up, 8h after microneedling
- wash make-up brushes often
5. Avoid sweating (sports, sauna etc.), 24h-72h after microneedling
6. Use vit C product (no high concentration), cream
7. Gentle cleanser
8. Lukewarm water
9. Nourishing products (green tea, Hyaluronic acid etc)
10. No exfoliating (AHA etc)
11. No fragrance in products
12. Microneedle min 1 week in-between sessions (for a professional session, do 1/month)

2. Try to pick a physical sunscreen for the first day after the treatment
3. If you have sensitive skin and went into a clinic apply a topical cream and follow it with an ointment
4. Try not to touch your face!
5. Wait atleast 8 hours after treatment to apply makeup and make sure to wash your makeup brushes/tools regularly
6. Avoid sweating alot for 24-72h
7. Use a vitamin c product, avoid high concentration if you have sensitive skin
8. Use gentle cleansers in cool to lukewarm water
9. Use nourishing products afterwards
10. Avoid using HHA products afterwards
11. Avoid fragrance in skincare
12. Be patient
