If you mentioned alot of characters like this, then you forgot Euphemia. In a light novel she obtained a geass which gives her ability to force people on temporary sleep.

Why does Rolo lowkey have the most broken Geass? If only it doesn't stop his heart as well, he would've been unstoppable. Stopping everyone's perception of time in a big radius (in one of the episodes, he managed to subdue the whole school) is so OP

Lelouch and Leila are the only ones whose geass seem extremely powerful and useful. The others has great drawbacks to them.

You could see here why Lelouch's Geass is overpowered as it can almost do any of the specific geass from other users (Yes, it can countered by not having an eye contact but still if there is no information about that, then youre under Lelouch's command).

Lelouch's Geass can practically do almost everything on this list besides Shamna's and Mao's. Sakuya's is also very similar to L.L's but for her it's by voice instead of eye contact. She could theoretically even use her Geass on blind people like Nunally but her geass is also rendered useless against deaf people. But honestly it doesn't even matter for L.L anymore as Geass doesn't work on him as long as C.C is with him. And as we learned from the new adaptation, he can now also give Geass to people.

the childrens geass dont actually control the mind like lelouch does.... they have the ability to control MOTOR FUNCTIONS....

Not gonna lie Leila has the most beautiful Geass of all. I just wish she can use it more in the series however towards the end of the series that is when she started using it. It feels more like too little to late

Marianne's geass isn't usable at her death, she said that the events just made that her first use of it was at her death.
Also how ironic that Charles and Marianne said their project was to put an end to the lies, both ended up with powers of manipulators and Charles the father of lies.
