Mystic Eyes of Death Perception are always going to be my favorite, i just love how they work, especially because yes the user can use them to kill almost anyone and anything but they are balanced thanks to that they are restricted to the user's physical abilities, if the user isn't skilled enough to cut the Death Lines on the objective then it doesn't matter that he/she has those eyes at all and that's what i like about them, they aren't complete BS like many others that give an insta win almost effortlesstly.

That's a huge understatement of The All Seeing Eyes of God. They can reveal true names, pierce all illusions, see things a considerable distance beyond normal range of sight, reveal magical structures not normally visible, and allow the user to share what they can see with others.

Shiki's eyes of death perception can also kill non living things like "concepts" such as spacial disortions and futures and as mentioned immortals. This only works jf what she/he is seeing has the concept of "death".

Imo the top 3 eyes shown in said video is like this:
1. Mystic eyes of death perception & Heavenly Eyes (Both tied)
Scales to at least 1-A at most High 1-A. A suppressed effect would make them as low as Low 1-C or 1-C

2. Magic eyes of destruction/ Chaotic eyes of destruction.
Scales from 2-A up to Low 1-C or 1C, like by higher

3. Divine Reflection
Unknown tiered. but basically can copy anything but since the user is a human so the full potential is not known.

MEoDP doesn't always bypass immortality, rather its capability is subjective as it depends on each user's perception of death. So it can go anywhere from normal things such as killing living creatures, causing buildings to crumble, etc. Up to being able to kill the future, delete the world and entire timelines, essentially, there's infinite possibilities to it.

Eyes of Death Perception vary in power.
Shiki Tohno (not adopted) could only kill living beings
Shiki Tohno (adopted) can kill living and non living
Shiki Ryougis eyes can let Shiki kill anything, this is not limited by human senses. She can lay eyes on, even a distortion in space.
only known exeptions being Excalibur and Arcuid.
Arcuid herself has eyes which can Charm the very Soul. This is basically Kotoamatsukami, but can be used without chakra cost.
