This is my body transformation from skinny to ripped! So many people have asked me to make a transformation video, so instead of making a video like every other transformation video out there, I wanted to make a video that showed YOU how to transform YOUR BODY.
I achieved my body transformation through a combination of calisthenics and going to the gym. The honest truth is that I started going to the gym because I wanted to be more attractive to girls (lol). But when I stumbled across the famous HannibalForKing and Barbrothers videos, my motivation changed from wanting to attract girls with my muscles to wanting to learn the skills I had seen in those videos. Since then, my motivation has changed again. Now I want to be strong for the benefit of others. I want to help people transform their lives with fitness, calisthenics, and working out, because it has had such a positive impact on my life and the lives of those around me.
My biggest tip for transforming your body is that you need to find a motivation. It doesn't matter whether your motivation is looking good for girls, or trying to make your ex jealous by getting a sick physique. Any motivation is good motivation, because it's that motivation that will keep your fire ignited to reach your goal.
